UI/UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Identify requirements and conceptualize as well as produce graphics, including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photographs.

• Design and implement creative concepts that adhere to brand standards and project requirements.

• Oversee various design projects while prioritizing tasks to ensure timely completion.

• Work in conjunction with design and marketing teams to grasp project needs and goals.

• Produce graphics, illustrations, and design components for both digital and print formats.

• Utilize design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Jira to execute projects.

• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to maintain design quality and execution.

• Define the creative vision for the organization while adhering to brand guidelines.

• Manage projects according to design criteria and budget constraints.

• Engage in design evaluations and offer constructive feedback.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, design software, and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in a creative discipline or a related area.

• 5–8 years of experience using Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Jira.

• 2–5 years of pertinent professional experience as a Graphic Designer.

• Expertise in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Experience in an Agile setting with Jira is preferred.

• A strong portfolio that demonstrates a variety of design projects.

• Exceptional communication and teamwork capabilities.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

• Keen attention to detail and a fervor for producing visually compelling designs.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical abilities.

• Effective time management and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus.

• Understanding of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web design.
