UI/UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Identify requirements and conceptualize graphics, including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photographs.

• Develop and implement design concepts that align with brand standards and project requirements.

• Handle multiple design projects concurrently while prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.

• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to grasp project requirements and objectives.

• Produce graphics, illustrations, and design components for both digital and print platforms.

• Utilize Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Jira for project creation and design.

• Partner with developers and stakeholders to maintain design integrity and execution.

• Set the creative direction for the company in accordance with brand guidelines.

• Oversee projects to ensure adherence to design specifications and budget limitations.

• Engage in design reviews and offer constructive feedback.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, design tools, and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or higher in a creative discipline or a related field.

• A minimum of 5–8 years of experience with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Jira.

• 2–5 years of pertinent work experience as a Graphic Designer.

• Expertise in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Experience in an Agile setting using Jira is advantageous.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of design projects.

• Outstanding communication and teamwork abilities.

• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

• Keen attention to detail and a passion for crafting visually engaging designs.

• Superior written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical abilities.

• Proficient time management and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with HTML and CSS is preferred.

• Understanding of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web design.
