UI/UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latvia.

📋 Description

• Define project requirements and produce visual graphics, including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photographs.

• Develop and implement design concepts that align with brand standards and project specifications.

• Oversee multiple design projects, prioritizing tasks to ensure deadlines are met.

• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to fully understand project requirements and objectives.

• Create graphics, illustrations, and design elements tailored for both digital and print media.

• Utilize tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Jira to execute projects.

• Work alongside developers and stakeholders to guarantee design integrity and implementation.

• Establish creative direction while adhering to company brand guidelines.

• Manage projects in accordance with design specifications and budget constraints.

• Engage in design reviews and offer constructive feedback to enhance projects.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, design tools, and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a creative discipline or a related field.

• A minimum of 5–8 years of experience with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Jira.

• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience as a Graphic Designer.

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is essential.

• Experience in an Agile environment utilizing Jira is preferred.

• A strong portfolio that demonstrates a diverse array of design projects.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually captivating designs.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong analytical capabilities.

• Proficient time management and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with HTML and CSS is preferred.

• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, and both print and web design.
