UI/UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Identify project requirements and produce visual graphics, which encompass illustrations, logos, layouts, and photographs.

• Formulate and implement design concepts that adhere to brand guidelines and project specifications.

• Oversee multiple design projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and ensure deadlines are met.

• Engage with design and marketing teams to comprehend project requirements and objectives.

• Generate graphics, illustrations, and design components for both digital and print media.

• Utilize Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Jira to create and design projects.

• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to maintain design integrity and facilitate implementation.

• Establish a creative direction that aligns with the company's brand guidelines.

• Manage projects to comply with design specifications and budgetary constraints.

• Take part in design reviews and offer constructive criticism.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, design tools, and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in a creative or related discipline.

• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Jira.

• 2–5 years of pertinent work experience as a Graphic Designer.

• Expertise in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Experience in an Agile environment using Jira is preferred.

• A strong portfolio that demonstrates a variety of design projects.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

• Capacity to work autonomously and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

• Keen attention to detail and a passion for aesthetically pleasing designs.

• Strong analytical capabilities.

• Proficient time management and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with HTML and CSS is preferred.

• Understanding of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web.
