Product Design Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define and enhance the user experience across DubClub’s mobile application.

• Optimize fan journeys that encompass discovery, subscription, onboarding, content access, engagement, and renewal.

• Create tools that enable creators to launch offerings, interact with subscribers, assess performance, and expand their businesses.

• Oversee the design process from initial discovery to launch and iteration, which includes user flows, prototypes, visual design, and implementation reviews.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Creator Success, and company leadership to identify challenges and deliver effective solutions.

• Work alongside engineers to develop practical mobile product solutions.

• Leverage AI and rapid prototyping tools to brainstorm ideas and enhance team workflows.

• Elevate product craftsmanship through clear design thinking, constructive feedback, and collaborative efforts across teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in designing and delivering digital products, demonstrated by a portfolio that reflects ownership from problem identification to launch and iteration.

• Proficient in interaction and visual design for both responsive web and mobile platforms.

• Familiarity with consumer subscriptions, marketplaces, creator tools, commerce, or similarly intricate multi-user products.

• Capability to align user needs with business objectives, prioritize significant opportunities, and articulate design choices effectively.

• Comfortable working closely with users, navigating incomplete information, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong collaborative relationship with engineers and an understanding of how to translate design decisions into production software.

• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.

• Interest in emerging tools that enhance design and product development.

• Willingness to remain actively involved while overseeing quality and direction beyond personal projects.

• Experience in sports, sports betting, or creator platforms is an advantage.
