Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Insights analysts, and Engineers as part of a multifunctional product team.

• Engage in discovery activities to comprehend customer challenges through research, data analysis, workflow observation, and feedback.

• Assist in defining the problem before proceeding to solutions.

• Investigate solution avenues via flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

• Validate concepts early with customers, users, and internal experts.

• Work collaboratively during implementation to ensure the delivered experience aligns with the original intent.

• Utilize customer feedback and product metrics to enhance experiences post-launch.

• Contribute to and uphold the EverHealth design system.

• Leverage AI to expedite research synthesis, ideation, prototyping, content exploration, and design workflows.

• Take ownership of the clarity and usability of designed experiences, design artifacts, customer evidence, adherence to business and technical constraints, and consistency of patterns.

• Assist product teams in making informed decisions and delivering products that minimize customer friction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in designing digital products from discovery to delivery.

• A robust portfolio demonstrating problem-solving abilities rather than merely polished UI.

• Capability to distill complex workflows into user-friendly product experiences.

• Strong collaboration skills with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders.

• Comfort in dealing with ambiguity, feedback, iteration, and trade-offs.

• Proficiency in Figma and contemporary prototyping tools.

• Practical experience in utilizing AI to accelerate processes without compromising judgment, research, or design quality.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States or Canada without sponsorship.
