Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Create comprehensive product experiences for the suite of SplitMetrics' offerings.

• Work in partnership with product and engineering teams to spot opportunities and convert requirements into user-friendly, effective design solutions.

• Design analytical dashboards, illustrate complex data, and develop workflows that enable users to quickly grasp information.

• Independently manage smaller features, encompassing ideation, prototyping, and the transition to engineering teams.

• Perform user research and conduct usability testing to validate design choices and enhance product adoption.

• Sustain and advance the design system across various products and platforms.

• Leverage analytics and user feedback to guide design choices and iterate on solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Product Designer, ideally in B2B SaaS or analytical product sectors.

• Strong understanding of product objectives, business context, and user requirements.

• Practical experience in designing dashboards, analytics tools, or data-intensive interfaces.

• Comfortable managing small features throughout the entire process, from concept to launch.

• Proficient in design and prototyping software (such as Figma).

• Capable of clearly articulating design decisions to cross-functional teams.

• Possess a curious and analytical mindset towards data, challenging assumptions, and refining solutions.

• Familiarity with UX patterns for both web and mobile products.

• Strong visual design skills.

• Experience with designing AI interactions is an advantage.

• Proficiency in English is required in the application process.
