Junior UX Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance screens and features utilizing established and recognized interaction patterns.

• Conduct design quality assurance post-implementation by comparing the finished product with Figma specifications.

• Detect visual and flow inconsistencies and coordinate their resolution with the development team.

• Assist in user research by carrying out interviews and usability tests based on pre-defined scripts.

• Manage, organize, and analyze satisfaction surveys, including CSAT and NPS, along with qualitative research.

• Keep handoff specifications, design decisions, and change logs current.

• Develop and maintain components and variants within the current Design System.

• Recognize scenarios not addressed by existing Design System guidelines and alert the team.

• Gradually contribute to recommending experience and interface solutions and enhancements.

• Compare screens implemented by the technology team with Figma specifications and follow up on necessary adjustments with the development team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical understanding of UI design and digital interface development.

• Proficient in Figma, including Auto Layout, components, and variants.

• Basic knowledge of user research methodologies.

• Familiarity with moderated usability testing.

• Understanding of design documentation and handoff processes.

• Awareness of the differences between satisfaction metrics such as CSAT and NPS.

• Utilization of artificial intelligence tools to enhance and improve deliverable quality.

• Acquainted with Design Systems, components, and variants.

• Bachelor’s degree, associate degree, or relevant technical qualification.

• Basic familiarity with Nielsen’s heuristics.

• Experience or genuine interest in the education sector is advantageous.

• Interest in or experience with learning-focused products is a plus.

• Knowledge of Motion Design applied to interfaces is an advantage.
