UI/UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.

📋 Description

• Identify requirements and produce graphics, which include illustrations, logos, layouts, and photographs

• Conceptualize and implement design ideas that adhere to brand guidelines and project requirements

• Oversee multiple design projects while prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines

• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to gain insight into project needs and goals

• Generate graphics, illustrations, and design components for both digital and print media

• Utilize Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Jira for project creation and design

• Partner with developers and stakeholders to maintain design consistency and successful implementation

• Set the creative direction for the organization within established brand parameters

• Manage projects in line with design specifications and budget limitations

• Engage in design reviews and offer constructive feedback

• Keep abreast of industry trends, design software, and best practices

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a creative discipline or a related field

• Minimum of 5–8 years of experience with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Jira

• 2–5 years of relevant experience working as a Graphic Designer

• Proficient in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

• Previous experience in an Agile setting utilizing Jira is preferred

• Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of design projects

• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities

• Capability to work autonomously and within a team in a dynamic environment

• Keen attention to detail and a desire to create visually striking designs

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

• Strong analytical thinking

• Time management and organizational capabilities

• Familiarity with HTML and CSS is an advantage

• Understanding of layouts, graphic principles, typography, as well as print and web design
