UI/UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Create engaging, high-quality interactive demo experiences and self-service resources for Solutions Engineers and Sales teams.

• Convert intricate product features, business logic, and human + AI workflows into UI designs, wireframes, and interactive Figma prototypes.

• Develop refined UI designs that adhere to design systems and product standards.

• Generate visual materials, including executive presentations and Slack Canvases.

• Deliver communication design that merges creative media, storytelling, and business strategy across various channels.

• Utilize usage data, internal feedback, and stakeholder insights to guide design revisions.

• Advocate for usability, accessibility, and seamless user journeys.

• Quickly prototype and test concepts to validate workflows and enhance experiences.

• Collaborate with Experience Strategists, Product Managers, and Engineering teams.

• Supply design handoff documentation, specifications, and UX copy suggestions.

• Showcase design concepts and rationales to cross-functional partners and stakeholders.

• Edit copy and recommend enhancements for target users.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.

• A portfolio showcasing comprehensive design thinking, interactive prototyping, and refined visual UI.

• Expertise in Figma, including component libraries, auto-layout, design system alignment, and interactive prototyping.

• Demonstrated success in collaborating with developers, product managers, and business strategists in dynamic environments.

• A keen interest in emerging technologies, human + AI interaction, and agentic workflows.

• Hands-on experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, or Runway (preferred).

• Strong skills in UX writing and product storytelling (preferred).

• Proficiency in motion design or video editing using Adobe After Effects or Premiere (preferred).

• Knowledge of email marketing campaigns, including subject lines, A/B testing, and email design/coding (preferred).

• Experience with the Salesforce platform (preferred).

• Background in enterprise sectors such as Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail, Tech, or Manufacturing (preferred).
