Senior UX/UI Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creation of user-focused digital products.

• Design engaging and intuitive interfaces across various platforms.

• Establish strong relationships with clients and convert their challenges into design solutions.

• Work collaboratively with product and engineering teams to merge aesthetics with functionality.

• Address product development risks associated with value, usability, feasibility, and viability.

• Create and enhance design concepts informed by user feedback and testing.

• Produce high-quality design deliverables.

• Mentor junior designers and encourage learning and teamwork.

• Implement contemporary user research methods to guide design decisions.

• Effectively convey design concepts and strategies to both clients and team members.

• Utilize advanced technology, including AI, to improve user experiences and deliver impactful solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five years of relevant industry experience.

• At least two years in a lead designer role, overseeing clients, projects, and team members.

• A portfolio showcasing excellence in the design and delivery of successful digital products and services.

• Profound understanding of modern user research techniques and strategies.

• Strong problem-solving skills in complex situations.

• Proficiency in user experience and interaction design.

• Outstanding design skills with a diverse stylistic range and sensitivity to various subjects.

• Self-driven, with excellent communication skills and the ability to excel in multidisciplinary teams.

• Competence in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.

• In-depth knowledge of user experience and interaction design principles.

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (considered a plus).

• Experience with design systems and component libraries (considered a plus).

• Awareness of accessibility standards and best practices (considered a plus).
