UI/UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete design process, encompassing discovery and user flows, through to wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, and the handoff to developers.

• Convert product requirements and business goals into user-friendly, intuitive experiences.

• Design sleek interfaces for responsive web and/or mobile applications.

• Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final user interface designs.

• Develop and sustain reusable components, design systems, and UI libraries using Figma.

• Conduct or integrate user research, usability feedback, analytics, and insights from stakeholders into design choices.

• Work collaboratively with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

• Prepare comprehensive, detailed designs and specifications for engineering handoff.

• Review implemented designs and collaborate with developers to ensure design quality and consistency.

• Recognize UX challenges and opportunities to enhance usability, accessibility, conversion rates, and the overall product experience.

• Articulate design decisions clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX, Product Design, or a similar role.

• A compelling portfolio showcasing real-world web and/or mobile product design.

• Advanced expertise in Figma, including Auto Layout, components, variants, and reusable design systems.

• Solid grasp of UX principles, including user flows, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and usability.

• Strong visual design capabilities with a keen understanding of typography, spacing, hierarchy, layout, and visual consistency.

• Experience in designing responsive web and/or mobile interfaces.

• Proven experience in creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries.

• Comfortable integrating user research and usability feedback into design choices.

• Strong knowledge of accessibility and user-centered design principles.

• Experience working with developers and preparing designs for engineering handoff.

• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.

• Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks effectively, and communicate proficiently in a fully remote setting.
