UI/UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Macedonia, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Create intuitive and visually engaging interfaces for web and/or mobile applications.

• Take ownership of the design process, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.

• Convert business and user needs into impactful UX solutions.

• Conduct or assist in user research, usability testing, and design validation efforts.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable design systems and component libraries.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.

• Present design ideas and effectively communicate the rationale behind design choices.

• Integrate feedback and iterate swiftly while upholding a high design quality standard.

• Ensure that designs are responsive, accessible, and consistent across various products and platforms.

• Keep up-to-date with UI/UX best practices, emerging design trends, and digital product standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of professional experience in UI/UX, Product Design, or Digital Product Design.

• A robust portfolio showcasing end-to-end UI/UX projects and refined final designs.

• Advanced skills in Figma and contemporary prototyping/design tools.

• Strong grasp of UX principles, information architecture, user flows, interaction design, and responsive design.

• Experience in creating and utilizing design systems.

• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical limitations.

• Strong visual design capabilities, encompassing typography, layout, color, hierarchy, and consistency.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

• Comfortable collaborating remotely with international, cross-functional teams.

• Ability to take initiative on projects and work efficiently with minimal supervision.

• Experience in designing SaaS, B2B, FinTech, MarTech, EdTech, or other tech products.

• Familiarity with startup or fast-paced product environments.

• Understanding of accessibility standards and developer handoff processes.

• Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, or design iterations informed by data.
