This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

• Lead and supervise a team of RPA developers, offering technical direction and ensuring compliance with best practices.

• Evaluate business processes to pinpoint opportunities for automation.

• Design, create, and deploy RPA solutions utilizing UiPath.

• Manage the coding, testing, and troubleshooting of RPA bots.

• Ensure that automation solutions adhere to quality standards and function as intended.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to collect requirements and guarantee that automation solutions meet business objectives.

• Develop and maintain technical design documentation, process design documents, and process maps.

• Identify and rectify issues during the development and rollout of RPA processes.

• Keep abreast of the latest advancements in RPA technologies and suggest enhancements when suitable.

• Demonstrated experience as an RPA Developer or in a comparable role, with a robust history of designing and executing RPA solutions.

• 7–12 years of overall experience.

• 5 years of pertinent experience with UiPath.

• 4 years of experience in a Team Lead capacity.

• Expertise in UiPath.

• Strong understanding of software development principles.

• Familiarity with .NET, C#, VBScript, and SQL is a plus.

• Proven experience in leading technical teams and overseeing projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
