Software Developer II, Pro Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create responsive and accessible front-end solutions utilizing HTML, CSS/SCSS, and JavaScript.

• Develop and tailor branded client websites on the Swoogo platform.

• Enhance websites, integrations, and custom solutions for optimal performance, reliability, and compatibility across devices and browsers.

• Design, construct, and manage integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, and middleware.

• Analyze API documentation to scope, design, and troubleshoot integrations utilizing OAuth, API keys, and tokens.

• Work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to customize functionalities, map data models, and address technical challenges.

• Produce maintainable code and comprehensive technical documentation.

• Employ Git and adhere to version control best practices.

• Test and debug front-end builds, API requests, and webhook events.

• Gather client requirements to develop project and technical specifications.

• Evaluate feasibility, dependencies, risks, and effort estimates.

• Provide advice to clients during calls and meetings.

• Offer client training and support.

• Oversee multiple client projects to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.

• Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to clients and stakeholders.

• Identify opportunities for workflow enhancements through automation, AI tools, or software customization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in web development with a strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SCSS.

• Demonstrated success in managing development and delivery for branded websites and software/integration projects.

• Proficient in at least one modern JavaScript framework or language, such as Vue.js, React, or TypeScript.

• Experience in building relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to understand objectives, envision solutions, and define requirements.

• Expert knowledge of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and best practices for performance.

• Experience in creating scalable integrations utilizing APIs and webhooks.

• Ability to balance technical execution with design and user experience sensibility.

• Familiarity with using AI tools for development, documentation, or QA tasks.

• Proven experience in leading complex projects.
