UI UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Identify requirements and conceptualize graphics, which include illustrations, logos, layouts, and photographs.

• Create and implement design concepts that adhere to brand guidelines and project specifications.

• Oversee multiple design projects while prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines effectively.

• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to grasp project requirements and objectives.

• Produce graphics, illustrations, and design components for both digital and print media.

• Utilize Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Jira for project creation and design.

• Partner with developers and stakeholders to maintain design integrity throughout implementation.

• Establish the creative vision for the company in line with brand standards.

• Oversee projects ensuring adherence to design specifications and budget constraints.

• Engage in design reviews and offer constructive feedback.

• Remain informed about industry trends, design tools, and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or higher in a creative discipline or a related field.

• A minimum of 5–8 years of experience with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Jira.

• 2–5 years of pertinent work experience as a Graphic Designer.

• Expertise in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Experience in an Agile environment utilizing Jira is preferred.

• A strong portfolio that showcases a diverse array of design projects.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.

• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

• A keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting visually appealing designs.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical abilities.

• Proficient time management and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with HTML and CSS is preferred.

• Understanding of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web design.
