UI UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Identify requirements and produce visual graphics, such as illustrations, logos, layouts, and photographs.

• Create and implement design concepts that align with brand guidelines and project specifications.

• Oversee multiple design projects and prioritize tasks to meet specified deadlines.

• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to comprehend project requirements and goals.

• Design graphics, illustrations, and other creative elements for both digital and print media.

• Set the creative direction for the company while adhering to brand guidelines.

• Work in close partnership with developers and stakeholders to maintain design integrity and ensure proper implementation.

• Engage in design reviews and offer constructive criticism.

• Remain informed about industry trends, design tools, and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in a creative discipline or a related field.

• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Jira.

• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience as a Graphic Designer.

• Expertise in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Prior experience in an Agile environment using Jira is preferred.

• A strong portfolio that showcases a variety of design projects.

• Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities.

• Capability to work autonomously as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

• Keen attention to detail and a passion for creating visually engaging designs.

• Familiarity with HTML and CSS is preferred.

• Understanding of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web design.
