Curriculum and Learning Design Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Director of Education & Training to develop curriculum, design educational resources, and create courses within the company's and clients’ learning management systems.

• Write, review, and modify curriculum, learning activities, and assessments as needed.

• Construct and update course materials, modules, assignments, and quizzes in Canvas.

• Assist with implementation in Blackboard and D2L Brightspace.

• Generate and configure LTI content links for integration.

• Test accessibility and functionality, coordinating troubleshooting with technical teams as necessary.

• Utilize AI to create and enhance content, documents, presentations, and basic instructional media.

• Ensure content accuracy and quality before finalization.

• Participate in client meetings to align learning objectives with content.

• Manage deadlines effectively, incorporate feedback, and review materials and courses prior to delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, educational technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.

• Proven experience in developing curriculum and instructional materials tailored for adult learners.

• Strong practical skills in building courses on Canvas.

• Practical knowledge of LTI 1.3 tools and content linking.

• Experience with Blackboard or Brightspace is preferred; however, a willingness to learn both platforms is essential.

• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor in client service.

• Proficiency in utilizing AI tools effectively.

• Strong abilities in research, critical thinking, editing, and document design.

• Capable of working independently under the Director’s guidance, managing priorities, and delivering polished, accurate work.

• Familiarity with U.S. education or workforce development programs is advantageous.

• Must showcase personally developed Canvas courses through a portfolio, recorded or live walkthrough, or sample course.

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in building Canvas courses is required for consideration.

• Successful completion of a background check is mandatory.
