Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the design process for product areas related to the partner portal and admin experience.

• Perform discovery tasks, develop user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity user interfaces, and specifications ready for engineering.

• Create AI-powered experiences, encompassing agent interactions, suggested actions, generated content, loading states, handling errors, uncertainty, and human review processes.

• Streamline B2B workflows, including deal registration, referrals, incentives, payouts, onboarding, and partner analytics.

• Contribute to and utilize EULER's Figma design system, which includes components, tokens, and variables.

• Conduct lightweight research and usability tests involving customers and partners.

• Develop prototypes using Figma and Claude Design.

• Collaborate with engineers during the build process and review the implemented UI to ensure it meets specifications.

• Monitor post-launch adoption rates, task completion, and user drop-off, making iterative improvements based on findings.

• Engage daily with Product Managers and Engineers as an active individual contributor.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in product design within the B2B SaaS sector.

• A portfolio showcasing end-to-end product work on intricate workflows is essential.

• Portfolio submission is necessary for consideration.

• Experience designing for multiple user types, each with distinct goals and mental frameworks.

• Proficient in Figma, including skills in auto layout, components, variants, variables, and prototyping.

• Comfortable using AI design tools like Claude Design.

• Hands-on experience in designing AI features or a well-articulated perspective on AI in product user experience.

• Ability to independently conduct research and usability tests.

• Exceptional written communication skills.

• Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English.

• Ability to handle ambiguity, shifting priorities, and incomplete information effectively.

• Preferred: experience with PRM, CRM, marketplaces, or other multi-sided platforms.

• Preferred: familiarity with low-code builders such as Bubble.io.

• Preferred: experience with conversational interfaces or Slack application design.

• Preferred: front-end literacy (HTML/CSS, React) or experience prototyping with AI coding tools.
