Product Designer/UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive multi-step workflows, including quizzes, questionnaires, guided finders, eligibility assessments, and matching processes.

• Create personalized recommendation experiences that clearly present customized results and foster member trust.

• Design monetized elements such as recommendation cards, product modules, offers, and calls to action specifically for AI/LLM interactions.

• Outline user flows, branching logic, edge cases, and scenarios for errors or empty states.

• Produce mockups, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes utilizing Figma.

• Collaborate with the Product Manager to ensure alignment on vision, priorities, and design requirements.

• Work alongside engineers, data/personalization teams, and business stakeholders.

• Provide detailed specifications for engineering implementation.

• Integrate conversion, completion rates, drop-off metrics, and engagement objectives into design choices.

• Refine designs based on data insights and feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Product Design / UX Design with a strong product-oriented approach.

• Proficient in UI and visual design.

• Demonstrated experience in creating multi-step workflows or guided experiences, such as onboarding processes, configurators, quizzes, applications, or decision-making tools.

• Experience in designing personalized or recommendation-driven experiences.

• Interest in or experience with designing for AI/LLM applications, including conversational interfaces, AI-assisted tools, or components integrated within AI-generated content.

• Expertise in modern, accessible design with a firm understanding of accessibility standards.

• Strong history of developing and working with design systems.

• Comfortable working in lean, fast-paced startup environments with the ability to iterate quickly with minimal guidance.

• Experience in designing websites or applications that promote financial products (preferred).

• Experience in creating lead-generation, affiliate, or other monetized experiences (preferred).

• Background in experimentation and A/B testing for flow optimization (preferred).

• Experience in enhancing UX for SEO performance (preferred).

• Familiarity with how LLM products present content, sources, or sponsored results (preferred).
