UI Design Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Create user interfaces that are clear, intuitive, and visually harmonious.

• Define user navigation through screens and how visual and interactive components enhance that experience.

• Convert product goals and user requirements into usable, accessible, and consistent design interfaces.

• Develop interfaces at both the foundational and visual levels.

• Guide interfaces from initial concept to final implementation.

• Independently execute design projects.

• Work collaboratively with design and delivery teams.

• Contribute to and utilize design systems and component libraries.

• Transform requirements into production-ready interface designs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and front-end engineers during the implementation phase.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in designing user interfaces for web or digital applications.

• Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, layout, typography, color schemes, and interaction design.

• Ability to design both foundational and visual aspects of the user experience.

• Proficient with industry-standard design and prototyping tools.

• Experience in applying and contributing to design systems and component libraries.

• Capability to convert requirements into clear, production-ready design interfaces.

• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a product or delivery setting.

• Knowledge of designing for accessibility and adherence to inclusive design standards.

• Familiarity with usability testing and integrating findings into design interfaces.

• Experience collaborating closely with front-end engineers during the implementation process.

• Exposure to enterprise-level or complex digital products.
