Senior eCommerce UI/UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Implement high-conversion experiences, redesign full customer journeys, and create high-performance growth creative.

• Collaborate closely with the VP of Design to deliver outstanding work.

• Maintain WON’s standards of clean, premium, behavior-driven, detail-focused, and rapid design execution.

• Embrace AI-native design systems, including Claude Design and Figma MCP.

• Develop automated assets utilizing Figma component libraries.

• Contribute to the enhancement of WON’s design agents and workflows.

• Craft high-conversion ecommerce websites and landing pages.

• Design acquisition landing flows, onboarding processes, collection architecture, product detail page storytelling, cart and checkout experiences, retention strategies, and member user experiences.

• Create growth-focused creative materials such as paid social landing pages, advertorials, quiz flows, product education, bundles, upsells, and offer frameworks.

• Build and sustain scalable component libraries and design systems.

• Assess workflows and pinpoint opportunities for repeatable systems or agents.

• Present work supported by session replays, cohort behavior analysis, and customer feedback.

• Enhance conversion rates, average order value, and funnel progression through informed design decisions.

• Deliver high-quality designs promptly while minimizing manual production tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in digital design, whether in an agency or in-house setting.

• Strong background in ecommerce and direct-to-consumer (DTC) environments.

• A portfolio showcasing modern, premium work that is not template-based.

• Expertise in Figma.

• Strong instincts in typography.

• Ability to explain the rationale behind design choices effectively.

• Comfort with being evaluated based on impact, not just output.

• Familiarity with AI design tools such as Claude Design or Figma MCP, or a genuine interest in integrating them into your workflow.

• An English resume is mandatory.

• Portfolio or work samples are required.

• Must reside in an eligible listed location.

• English proficiency is required on the application form.
