Junior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the design and evolution of LETMINO's digital experiences.

• Create user journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces for both web and mobile platforms.

• Collaborate on discovery, research, and validation processes to understand needs and identify opportunities.

• Translate product requirements into clear, intuitive, and cohesive design solutions.

• Work alongside Product Managers and Engineers during the development phase to ensure proper implementation.

• Maintain and evolve the Design System using existing components and patterns.

• Participate in product reviews and validations.

• Adapt the visual layer of products to align with each client's brand identity.

• Utilize feedback, usage data, and product outcomes to enhance design solutions.

• Employ AI tools in research, ideation, prototyping, or analysis with sound judgment and oversight.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or similar roles.

• Education related to Design, UX/UI, Digital Product, or related fields.

• Proficient in Figma and Adobe XD.

• Knowledge of UX and UI principles.

• Experience or familiarity with user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and Design Systems.

• Ability to articulate and justify design decisions to Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders.

• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.

• Previous experience with JSON files will be valued.

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Interest in learning user research methodologies, testing, and validation techniques.

• Strong sense of responsibility, commitment, and ownership.

• Attention to detail, curiosity, proactivity, and a desire for continuous growth.

• B2-C1 level of English proficiency.

• Interest in the application of AI in design.

• Experience in EdTech or B2B SaaS companies, web or mobile products, accessibility and inclusive design, Design Systems, and AI tools will be valued.
