Senior eCommerce UI/UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create high-conversion experiences, redesign the entire customer journey, and develop impactful growth creative.

• Collaborate closely with the VP of Design while adhering to the design roadmap.

• Design e-commerce websites and landing pages that drive conversions.

• Craft acquisition landing flows, onboarding processes, collection architecture, product detail page storytelling, cart and checkout experiences, retention strategies, and member UX.

• Develop growth creative, which includes paid social landing pages, advertorials, quiz flows, product education, bundles, upsells, and offer frameworks.

• Establish and maintain component libraries and design systems across various brands and campaigns.

• Leverage Claude Design, Figma MCP, and automated asset generation to optimize production time.

• Assess workflows and pinpoint opportunities for scalable systems or agents.

• Present and advocate for design choices using session replays, cohort behavior insights, customer feedback, and KPI metrics.

• Participate in enhancing WON's design agents and workflows.

• Enhance conversion rates, average order value, funnel progression, and production efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in digital design, whether in an agency or in-house setting.

• Strong background in e-commerce and direct-to-consumer (DTC) environments.

• A portfolio showcasing modern, premium quality work that is not template-based.

• Proficiency in using Figma.

• Excellent typography instincts.

• Ability to clearly articulate the rationale behind design decisions.

• Comfortable being evaluated based on impact rather than just output.

• Familiarity with AI design tools such as Claude Design or Figma MCP, or a genuine interest in integrating them into your workflow.

• Experience in designing for high-end brands is a plus.

• Familiarity with Shopify ecosystems is advantageous.

• Experience in building component libraries and design systems from the ground up is a plus.

• Involvement in conversion rate optimization programs with measurable performance improvements is beneficial.

• Submission of an English resume, portfolio/work samples, LinkedIn profile, and location information is required in the application.
