UGC Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Identifying and recruiting exceptional UGC creators across various platforms

• Consistently posting creator opportunities and sourcing talent

• Engaging with creators and maintaining relationships

• Evaluating creators and filtering out subpar talent/content

• Determining which creators align well with the brand and advertisements

• Organizing and overseeing the complete UGC content pipeline from outreach to final delivery

• Keeping creator content, communications, and deliverables systematically organized

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in UGC, talent acquisition, influencer marketing, or creator management

• Background specifically within DTC or eCommerce brands

• Strong grasp of what constitutes effective creator content for paid advertisements

• Experience managing creators with an emphasis on content performance and advertising results, not solely on creator relationships

• Comfortable with high-volume outreach and sourcing of creators

• Ability to assess creators and eliminate weak/low-quality candidates

• Strong project and pipeline management skills, from outreach to content delivery

• Experience in managing creator/talent pipelines and ensuring timely completion of deliverables
