Tutor Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Guide and support tutors by providing insightful and constructive feedback to enhance their teaching and tutoring sessions.

• Oversee the onboarding process for new tutors.

• Conduct effective one-on-one and small-group tutoring sessions catering to various proficiency levels.

• Tailor tutoring methods to meet diverse learner needs.

• Aid in the distribution, implementation, and monitoring of tutor training programs.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance the tutoring experience and present innovative ideas and solutions to team leadership.

• Participate in projects and initiatives within the Language Tutoring team.

• Help create new tutoring lessons and instructional materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in language instruction.

• Fluency or proficiency in multiple languages is highly preferred.

• Experience in mentoring, coaching, or training educators.

• Ability to anticipate needs and independently take action to achieve results, demonstrating resourcefulness in managing tasks and projects.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• A self-motivated individual and quick learner who has a passion for teaching and learning languages.

• Familiarity with Google Suite, including Sheets, Gmail, and Docs.

• Candidates must reside in the United States.
