Organizational Change Management Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive strategies and plans for change management related to business and technology initiatives.

• Work independently or lead a team focused on Organizational Change Management (OCM).

• Conduct stakeholder analysis and manage engagement and communication activities to promote adoption and reduce resistance to change.

• Create and deliver impactful communications that inspire and motivate action.

• Supervise training initiatives while providing direct support and coaching to managers and supervisors.

• Collaborate with clients to assess organizational culture and design customized change adoption plans.

• Track and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities, making adjustments as necessary.

• Ensure adherence to ArcherGrey’s Change Management methodologies and industry best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in any discipline.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• Strong willingness to learn and grow professionally.

• Willingness to travel as required by client needs.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

• Previous experience in OCM, communication, or learning and development roles.

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or psychology.
