Organizational Change Management Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Execute change initiatives related to business processes and technologies.

• Foster adoption and expertise of changes within the organization adhering to Change Management methodologies.

• Develop communications that energize people and inspire action.

• Evaluate key stakeholder groups to enhance engagement.

• Assist in the delivery of training programs.

• Engage in client meetings to comprehend company culture and collaboratively create a change adoption strategy.

• Offer direct support and coaching to front-line managers and supervisors during transitions.

• Contribute to the development of the OCM practice through the creation or enhancement of strategies, offerings, and templates.

• Provide both onsite and remote program delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• Strong eagerness to learn.

• Willingness to travel if required by the client organization.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or psychology.

• Preferred: Experience as an OCM practitioner, communication specialist, or learning & development expert.
