• Experience, even informal, in academic support: tutoring, mentoring, education, or coaching.

• A practical and organized approach.

• Ability to translate concepts into simple actions.

• Empathetic communication skills and the ability to provide structure.

• Certification is not required.

• Capability to assist students in achieving their goals.

• Availability to work with middle school, high school, and university students.
