Tuition Biller

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Ensure timely and precise billing of tuition within Campus Nexus/Anthology.

• Partner with ERS and Registrars to pinpoint tuition billing challenges and enhance billing and reconciliation processes.

• Assist in crafting standard operating procedures (SOP) for the tuition billing workflow.

• Monitor and oversee daily transactions related to student account billing.

• Maintain ethical and accurate documentation and recordkeeping that align with company and regulatory standards.

• Deliver outstanding customer service and address inquiries from campuses.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a business office or accounting role is required.

• Experience in tuition billing operations at a higher education institution is preferred.

• Exceptional customer service abilities along with strong oral and written communication skills.

• Capacity to collaborate effectively as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Familiarity with Campus Nexus/Anthology is preferred.

• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Understanding of basic accounting principles and office systems.

• Must meet verification standards set by UNITEK.

• Demonstrated sense of urgency and responsiveness.

• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Excellent time management abilities.

• Capability to multitask in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
