Trust & Safety Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Take charge of and implement safety and compliance features for the product, collaborating closely with engineers.

• Lead the product roadmap focusing on AI moderation, age verification, and red teaming initiatives.

• Make informed decisions regarding safety and regulatory trade-offs, ensuring a balance between user safety, compliance, and product efficacy.

• Establish detection thresholds, manage instances of false positives, and refine processes for human review.

• Collaborate effectively with the CTO, Legal & Safety Lead, and Product Lead.

• Evaluate reports that may contain disturbing or illegal content.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, demonstrating proven ownership of product decisions, delivery, and outcomes.

• Strong judgment in safety and regulatory matters, with the ability to provide specific examples of trade-offs made and their consequences.

• Comprehensive technical knowledge of safety systems, including detection thresholds, false positives, and human review processes.

• Must be located in Europe.

• Must be comfortable working with explicit adult content and open to reviewing reports of disturbing or illegal nature.
