Product Manager – AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Chief Product Officer to develop cutting-edge AI products from inception to launch.

• Take ownership of the product roadmap and define key features.

• Lead design reviews, suggesting UX enhancements and subsequent feature developments.

• Chart the complete product landscape, encompassing the dashboard, features, and modules.

• Convert product insights into onboarding experiences, marketing pages, and in-app educational content.

• Investigate product functionality, question decisions, and offer alternative solutions.

• Spot friction points, inconsistencies, unexploited opportunities, and lacking module integrations.

• Cross-verify specifications, staging, and production states to identify gaps and regressions.

• Utilize usage metrics and customer feedback to determine improvement priorities.

• Minimize UI clutter and deliver straightforward, impactful solutions.

• Emphasize product strategy, UX excellence, and feature guidance.

• Collaborate with design and engineering teams while independently steering UX when necessary.

• A hands-on and detail-oriented Product Manager.

• Oversee the UX from start to finish.

• Identify gaps through in-depth product analyses and data evaluations.

• Demonstrated experience in optimizing onboarding processes to enhance conversion rates and reduce drop-offs.

• Strong judgment in UX/UI and interaction design.

• Highly inquisitive and detail-focused.

• Data-driven with a strong customer-centric approach.

• Excellent prioritization skills and sound judgment.

• Capable of producing thorough PRDs, tickets, prototypes, and designs with minimal oversight.

• Comfortable collaborating with design and engineering teams.

• Able to independently drive UX initiatives when necessary.
