Truck Line Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Support delivery teams and clients with issues that arise on the day of delivery.

• Handle inbound calls from drivers to assist delivery teams while they are at customers’ residences.

• Address and resolve delivery challenges while teams are present on-site.

• Track stop durations and route advancements to guarantee timely deliveries.

• Make decisions regarding routing and delivery logistics.

• Daily reconciliation of completed deliveries, exchanges, and returns.

• Record issues and their resolutions in DispatchTrack.

• Aid drivers with additional stop times and route delays during out-of-service periods.

• Assess and respond to accommodation requests by reviewing routes and capacity.

• Execute other tasks as directed by team leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• Previous clerical experience is preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with active listening abilities.

• Basic reading and comprehension capabilities.

• Basic numerical reasoning skills.

• Proficient in completing paperwork accurately, neatly, and efficiently.

• Familiarity with software applications, including Microsoft Office.

• Excellent organizational abilities.

• Exceptional customer service skills.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.

• Preferred knowledge of GERS, Loft, WMS, Storis, and Salesforce systems.

• Ability to sit and reach at shoulder height consistently.

• Proficient in effective communication with customers and colleagues via telephone.

• Ability to read documents and computer displays.

• Competent in typing information into a computer.
