Trilingual Recruiter

📋 Description

• Facilitate comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to identify position specifications

• Supply pertinent market data and strategic recommendations

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to create and oversee recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies

• Assess candidate profiles in relation to position requirements

• Present strong candidate slates and cultivate talent pipelines

• Maintain candidate engagement through timely progress updates

• Collaborate with hiring leaders to establish offer details

• Utilize market data and compensation guidelines to inform offer recommendations

• Serve as a client brand ambassador throughout the recruitment process

• Provide proactive and prompt communication regarding search status

• Offer consultative guidance and industry insights to hiring leaders

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma

• Proven recruiting experience with successful outcomes in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment

• Familiarity with recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools

• Understanding of standard Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition

• Proficiency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish

• Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 9am to 6pm Argentina time
