Trilingual IT Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee, enhance, and optimize processes, service methodologies, and project governance.

• Lead the team, which includes conducting performance evaluations, providing ongoing feedback, tracking performance, and fostering analyst development.

• Hold one-on-one meetings to assess employees’ professional growth and general well-being.

• Offer technical and process support to the team, guiding activities, deliverables, and resolving conflicts.

• Analyze data, collect evidence, and prepare presentations to assist management decision-making, ensure accountability, and facilitate knowledge sharing.

• Interpret and align institutional and operational strategies, contributing to the enhancement of planning, governance, and processes to boost execution efficiency and agility.

• Assist Project Leaders in organizing meetings with business units, clients, suppliers, and the internal IT team.

• Monitor outstanding items and deliverables with suppliers, business units, the curation team, and other stakeholders.

• Assess business-unit and client satisfaction.

• Examine and suggest improvements to business processes, emphasizing the simplification of IT solutions.

• Define, monitor, and analyze systems, squads, and institutional indicators and KPIs.

• Provide executive and operational reports on results, indicators, and activity progress to management.

• Supervise the complete development lifecycle, from the conception of ideas to production deployment, as well as the support and maintenance of products and services.

• Manage internal projects, studies, scenarios, and indicator analyses to assist leadership in identifying business opportunities.

• Actively engage in operational meetings, ceremonies, and routines with clients and delivery teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in advanced English.

• Proficient in advanced Spanish.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related IT field.

• Comprehensive understanding of business processes at the systems level.

• Experience in people management.

• Skills in career management.

• Knowledge of process and quality management in accordance with ITIL best practices.

• Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM).

• Understanding of infrastructure service management.

• Experience with monitoring and Application Performance Management (APM) systems such as Zabbix, SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Datadog, etc.

• Knowledge of architectural principles.

• Expertise in training planning and delivery.
