This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of clinical trial committees, encompassing committee establishment and member selection through to study execution and conclusion.

• Organize committee meetings, manage communications, provide recommendations, and ensure follow-up activities throughout the clinical trials.

• Create, maintain, and revise committee charters, procedures, and documentation specific to trials.

• Identify, assess, and recruit qualified external committee members based on the requirements of the study, their expertise, availability, and independence standards.

• Conduct Fair Market Value assessments and generate honorarium estimates for independent committee members.

• Assist with audits and inspections concerning committee management activities and participate in the development of corrective and preventive measures.

• Contribute to the creation and ongoing enhancement of quality documentation related to committees, business processes, templates, and training materials.

• Aid in the planning and execution of internal training sessions regarding committee management processes.

• Coordinate with sponsors, committee members, and cross-functional PSI teams to ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality committee operations.

• Work alongside global project teams and external experts to facilitate clinical trial delivery across various therapeutic areas.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare, Clinical Research, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical research, ideally within a CRO setting.

• Experience in managing or coordinating clinical trial committees, or relevant clinical trial management experience with familiarity in committee processes.

• Demonstrated project management abilities and skills in stakeholder coordination.

• Capacity to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Capability to establish effective working relationships with sponsors, external experts, and cross-functional teams.

• Professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and virtual meeting platforms.
