This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Oversee a team dedicated to the strategic and operational implementation of organizational plans.
• Facilitate strategic and business planning initiatives.
• Direct large-scale, cross-functional projects that align with annual business and strategic objectives.
• Assist in the planning and prioritization of initiatives, ensuring timely and effective execution.
• Collaborate with finance and analytics teams to conduct cost/benefit analyses, develop business cases, assess risks, evaluate return on investment, and manage budgets.
• Combine various project plans into integrated plans or programs with clear critical paths.
• Oversee task dependencies, project interconnections, milestones, schedules, resources, scope, budget, time, and quality.
• Lead and assess post-implementation project evaluations and address subsequent issues and areas for improvement.
• Monitor business needs and challenges concerning the success of Health Care products, including regulatory, policy, contract, industry, and corporate developments.
• Prepare communications and presentations for both internal and external audiences.
• Execute other assigned responsibilities as needed.
• Adhere to all company policies and standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in managed care within an HMO, MSO, provider managed care environment, or similar.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Project Management Professional Certification is preferred.
• Proficiency in supporting strategic and business planning processes.
• Capability to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience in developing cost/benefit analyses and business cases.
• Proven ability to manage complex budgets, project plans, schedules, resources, dependencies, milestones, scope, quality, and timelines.
• Familiarity with regulatory or policy changes, contract modifications, industry trends, and corporate objectives.
