This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee subcontractors engaged in telecommunications tower and antenna installations and constructions across the Western U.S.
• Conduct surveys and assist in the design process for telecommunications site development.
• Manage the entire site installation process for new tower constructions, network enhancements, small-form-factor deployments, microwave PTP/PTMP links, and expeditionary COW/CoLT installations.
• Verify scheduling and personnel availability.
• Perform pre-implementation coordination, ensuring material readiness and solution validation.
• Carry out site visits and surveys to evaluate facilities and ensure compliance with NEC and EIA/TIA standards.
• Supervise construction subcontractors to guarantee adherence to schedule, quality, and safety standards.
• Assess site power quality for newly installed equipment.
• Execute safety and metering inspections at main and sub-panels.
• Coordinate additional IT services for complete solution integration into the TNMP.
• Maintain construction drawings and documentation, including red-lined updates and as-built records.
• Monitor milestones, deliverables, and subcontractor performance.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and scheduling requirements.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in subcontractor and site management.
• Supervisory experience is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree; additional years of experience may be accepted in place of a degree.
• Active Secret Clearance is required.
• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
• Candidates must live within a 50-mile radius of a major airport.
• Willingness to travel 25% to 50% of the time.
• Proficient in site installation, site management, subcontractor oversight, telecommunications, and telecommunications construction.
• Familiarity with NEC and EIA/TIA grounding and installation standards.
• Capability to perform safety and metering inspections, including current and voltage measurements.
• Ability to assess bonding and busbar integrity.
• Competence in maintaining construction drawings and documentation.
• Proficient in using red-lined updates and keeping accurate as-built records.
