Trial Committee Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of clinical trial committees, encompassing committee establishment, member selection, study execution, and closure.

• Organize committee meetings, facilitate communications, provide recommendations, and manage follow-up actions throughout the clinical trial process.

• Create, maintain, and revise committee charters, procedures, and other documentation specific to trials.

• Identify, assess, and recruit qualified external committee members based on study needs, expertise, availability, and independence criteria.

• Conduct Fair Market Value evaluations and prepare honorarium projections for independent committee members.

• Assist with audits and inspections pertaining to committee management activities and aid in formulating corrective and preventive measures.

• Contribute to the enhancement and ongoing improvement of quality documentation, business processes, templates, and training resources related to committees.

• Aid in the planning and execution of internal training concerning committee management procedures.

• Coordinate activities among sponsors, committee members, external experts, and cross-functional PSI teams to ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality committee operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare, Clinical Research, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical research, ideally within a CRO setting.

• Experience in managing or coordinating clinical trial committees, or similar clinical trial management experience with exposure to committee processes.

• Demonstrated project management and stakeholder coordination abilities.

• Capability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Outstanding attention to detail.

• Aptitude for fostering effective working relationships with sponsors, external experts, and cross-functional teams.

• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• Competency in Microsoft Office applications and virtual meeting software.
