Treasury Management Specialist – Contract Position

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee a diverse range of corporate clients, from small to large, during the upgrades or transitions of online banking systems from legacy platforms to new target systems.

• Offer technical support, customer service, and sales assistance to clients.

• Conduct instructor-led virtual training sessions for clients moving to new online banking platforms.

• Collaborate with clients to identify any additional product or service requirements.

• Provide contact center assistance for commercial bank clients utilizing various delivery channels.

• Maintain thorough and precise records of customer interactions.

• Complete initial training as a Digital Conversion Professional and engage in ongoing learning as required.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to high-profile clients and customers.

• Understand and assist clients with NACHA files.

• Undertake additional tasks, projects, special assignments, and rotating team roles as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Treasury Management sales, client service/account management, product management, or online banking/wire transfer conversions.

• Familiarity with online banking treasury management systems, including ACH, wire transfer, lockbox, positive pay, investment sweeps, and related banking services and applications for commercial and corporate customers.

• Technical support experience with ACH, wire, and positive pay payment files in NACHA, delimited, fixed, and other formats.

• Background in a contact center environment is advantageous.

• Demonstrated success in surpassing expectations through excellent execution and project management.

• Experience in organizing and leading training sessions for businesses of various sizes.

• Proven ability in managing high-profile clientele online banking data.

• Skilled in building and maintaining client information portfolios.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with experience in presenting and training external stakeholders.

• Proficient in using the Microsoft Suite.

• B2B experience is preferred.

• Knowledge of and experience with NACHA files.

• Minimum of 6 months to over 5 years of experience in Treasury Management.

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting, or equivalent experience.
