Treasury Management Specialist – Contract Position

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee small to large corporate business clients during upgrades or transitions of online banking systems from legacy platforms.

• Offer technical support, customer service, and sales assistance.

• Conduct instructor-led virtual classroom training for clients moving to new online banking systems.

• Collaborate with clients to identify additional product or service requirements.

• Provide contact center support for commercial banking clients through various delivery channels.

• Maintain thorough and precise records of customer interactions.

• Complete the initial Digital Conversion Professional training and fulfill ongoing educational requirements.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to high-profile clients and customers.

• Assist customers with NACHA files and related inquiries.

• Undertake additional tasks, projects, special assignments, and rotating team roles as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in Treasury Management sales, client service/account management, product management, or in online banking/wire transfer conversions.

• Familiarity with online banking treasury management systems, ACH, wire transfer, lockbox, positive pay, investment sweeps, and associated bank services and applications for commercial and corporate clients.

• Technical assistance experience with ACH, Wire, and Positive Pay payment files in various formats including NACHA, delimited, and fixed.

• Experience in a contact center environment is advantageous.

• Demonstrated history of surpassing expectations through exemplary execution and project management.

• Background in organizing and conducting training sessions for organizations of differing sizes.

• Experience in managing high-profile clientele's online banking data.

• Skills in building and managing client information portfolios.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, including presenting and training external stakeholders.

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.

• Experience in B2B environments.

• Understanding of and experience with NACHA files.

• Minimum of 6 months to over 5 years of experience in Treasury Management.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting, or equivalent experience.
