Treasury & FinOps Manager – Operational

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Take charge of Influur's treasury and financial operations, encompassing cash management, collections, payments, accounts receivable/accounts payable, and seller relationships.

• Ensure seamless treasury operations and implement automation where possible.

• Oversee the entire accounts receivable and payable cycle.

• Formulate a collections strategy and follow-up procedures to expedite the collection process.

• Collaborate with sellers regarding collections and resolution of issues.

• Maintain daily visibility over cash flow and conduct reconciliations.

• Process vendor and seller payments according to a structured payment calendar.

• Manage banking relationships, accounts, transactions, and coordination with banks.

• Leverage technology, AI, and automation to enhance financial operations.

• Keep documented, up-to-date, and reliable controls and reporting practices.

• Develop strategies for banking, debt management, working capital, cash flow projections, cash optimization, investments, and fintech initiatives as the role evolves.

• Proven experience in financial operations or treasury management.

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.

• Comfort and familiarity with AI and automation technologies.

• Sound financial judgment and the ability to utilize technology as an advantage.

• Capability to drive projects to completion and provide effective solutions.
