Treasury & FinOps Manager – Operational

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Take charge of Influur's treasury and financial operations, encompassing cash management, collections, payments, accounts receivable/accounts payable, and seller relationships.

• Streamline treasury operations for seamless execution and automation.

• Oversee the complete cycle of accounts receivable and payable.

• Formulate and implement a strategy for collections, along with diligent follow-up.

• Facilitate day-to-day seller interactions, collections, and resolution of issues.

• Ensure daily cash visibility and conduct reconciliations.

• Administer vendor and seller payments through a well-organized payment schedule.

• Manage operational banking partnerships, accounts, transactions, and bank coordination.

• Leverage technology, AI, and automation to enhance financial operations.

• Keep documented, up-to-date, and dependable treasury controls and reporting.

• Progress into areas such as banking, debt management, working capital, cash flow forecasting, investments, and fintech initiatives in Stage 2.

• Aptitude for providing solutions and exhibiting financial acumen.

• Practical experience in financial operations or treasury management.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

• Proficient with AI and automation technologies.
