Treasury Cash Analyst, China

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist the Regional/Country leader with the Cash and Day 2 intercompany funding procedures for the organization.

• Aid in daily global cash positioning tasks.

• Document and reconcile daily cash transactions in the cash position worksheet.

• Facilitate manual and electronic payment processing.

• Ensure sufficient funding for disbursement and payroll accounts.

• Carry out daily short-term investments and borrowings upon approval.

• Support the execution and review of payment transactions.

• Contribute to cash forecasting initiatives.

• Record intercompany loans and revolver borrowings.

• Oversee Day 2 intercompany transactions.

• Assist in managing bank accounts, documentation, and maintaining the bank account database.

• Analyze bank fees and account balances.

• Aid in processing transactions for intercompany loans and foreign exchange spot payments.

• Assist with identifying and analyzing foreign currency exposure.

• Prepare management reports and measure treasury performance.

• Promote process enhancements to optimize treasury operations, automate tasks, and strengthen internal controls.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field.

• Experience in treasury management.

• Understanding of cash management operations, daily cash positioning, execution of intercompany funding, and banking products and services.

• Proficient in PC and software applications.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with interpersonal, research analysis, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to take initiative while collaborating closely to identify and fulfill business needs.

• Excellent planning, organizational, time management, negotiation, and analytical capabilities.

• Ability to work with a high level of independence and autonomy.
