📋 Description

• Implement the creation, maintenance, and updates of applications (Android and iOS) in line with established processes.

• Execute updates for existing applications, making sure that new versions are properly deployed.

• Address operational requests based on team priorities.

• Detect errors in the build process and seek assistance when needed.

• Monitor requests and ensure operational records are current.

• Evaluate departmental KPIs.

• Adhere to Google Play and App Store standards and policies.

• Suggest enhancements to processes and tools.

• Engage in departmental processes and projects.

• Develop related hubs and brands, create Android and iOS applications, modify apps, ensure applications are current, observe new store policies, and manage app-related requests.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or have completed a degree in Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing numerous operational requests.

• Excellent communication abilities and logical reasoning skills.

• Strong prioritization skills.

• Basic understanding of updating and maintaining applications on Google Play and the App Store (preferred).

• Experience with or knowledge of process automation tools (preferred).

• Fundamental programming skills for developing and maintaining automation scripts (preferred).
