Traveling Early Education, English Tutor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Conduct lessons for three siblings aged 4, 6, and 9.

• Modify lesson plans to suit each child's learning speed and academic objectives.

• Monitor progress and submit regular written reports to the Head of Education.

• Travel internationally with the family as needed.

• Deliver tailored early education following the British National Curriculum.

• Provide a consistent, engaging, and age-appropriate educational experience throughout the duration of the assignment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native English speaker.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Early Education; a teaching qualification is preferred.

• At least 3 years of tutoring or teaching experience within the British curriculum.

• Capability to teach Numeracy & Literacy to a 4-year-old.

• Ability to teach Maths, Science & Humanities to a 6-year-old.

• Proficient in teaching English as a First Language to ages 6–9, covering comprehension, grammar, and creative writing, in line with UK independent school standards.

• Strong one-on-one teaching skills across various ages and ability levels.

• Ability to differentiate and customize teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.

• Competency in assessing progress, identifying gaps, and planning learning accordingly.

• Skills to foster engagement, independence, and strong learning habits.

• Willingness to undertake frequent international travel (Europe, LatAm, South Africa, United Arab Emirates).
