This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide direct administrative oversight of the Travel Team's operations.
• Collaborate with market leaders to coordinate travel assignments, enhancing support for Market Operations.
• Oversee staff capacity, productivity, and quality management.
• Supervise scheduling efforts and manage scheduling systems, processes, and performance.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly team meetings in conjunction with the physician counterpart.
• Create reports, perform data analysis, and identify root causes for team KPIs and trends.
• Facilitate clinical operations among market, regional, and centralized cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ensure the integrity, punctuality, and quality of clinical documentation within Monogram Health’s EMRs.
• Monitor and report compliance risks, issues, and concerns.
• Take responsibility for patient experience (NPS).
• Assist in talent acquisition, including interviewing and hiring clinical and operations team members.
• Onboard, train, and facilitate development paths for field-based team members.
• Oversee licensing and credentialing requirements for multi-state licensed Travel APPs.
• Achieve key organizational results and key performance indicators set by the company.
• Advocate for change, implement strategic priorities, optimize operations, deliver outcomes, and foster a positive culture.
• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) or equivalent experience is mandatory.
• An MBA, MHA, or a similar advanced degree is advantageous.
• At least three (3) years of prior experience in managed care or delegated risk partnerships is required.
• Experience supervising nurse practitioners is essential.
• Proven experience in collaborating with physicians to achieve results.
• Demonstrated accountability for performance and results delivery.
• Strong ability to handle multiple tasks and manage a significant number of concurrent priorities.
• Comfortable using, interpreting, and deriving insights from large data sets.
• Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills are required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) or Care Management Platforms is essential.
• Preferred experience managing high-risk patient populations and leading clinical staff in care management, managed care, or home health settings.
