This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Create, confirm, and oversee reservations.
β’ Respond to inquiries regarding lodging and accommodations.
β’ Assist with questions related to dining plans.
β’ Manage inquiries about tickets and packages.
β’ Address air travel and reservation-related needs.
β’ Answer questions about availability and pricing.
β’ Provide information on promotions and packages.
β’ Manage dietary and special requests.
β’ Coordinate arrangements for VIP guests.
β’ Professionally resolve guest concerns.
β’ Offer detailed information about travel, resorts, and services.
β’ Engage with customers throughout the year, 365 days, from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM ET.
β’ Agents operate as independent contractors.
β’ Must be available to work 5 hours / 10 intervals on Saturdays and/or Sundays, or a combination of both.
β’ During the Certification SOW, provide a minimum of 10 hours / 20 intervals weekly, including necessary weekend service.
β’ Attend certification sessions from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM ET, between September 28, 2026, and October 29, 2026.
β’ First-day certification attendance is compulsory.
β’ Maintain a cumulative average of 90% on required knowledge assessments.
β’ Achieve a minimum of 90% on mandated certification calls.
β’ Complete 100% of required coursework.
β’ Engage in assigned role-playing activities.
β’ Finish the mandatory Security Awareness course with a score of at least 85%.
β’ Meet the specified servicing and performance standards.
β’ Webcam usage is required during certification activities.
β’ A Windows 11 computer with all updates completed is necessary.
β’ The operating system must be set to English.
β’ A hardwired USB VOIP headset is required; wireless headsets are not acceptable.
β’ A smartphone or tablet capable of running a security-token application is needed.
β’ Equipment must pass required PC scans.
β’ A background check is mandatory.
β’ Photo ID verification is required.
β’ A $50 non-refundable Class Confirmation Deposit is necessary.
β’ Commitment adherence of 90% or higher is expected.
β’ Guest satisfaction must be 88% or higher in production.
β’ Production average handle time should be 570 seconds or less.
β’ Quality assurance scores must be 90% or higher.
β’ A professional and reliable home workspace is required.
β’ Additional eligibility restrictions may apply based on program relationships, certification history, servicing performance, overlapping enrollments, and certain travel-industry relationships.
β’ Production pay of $11.00 per hour / $5.50 per 30-minute interval.
β’ Certification pay of $7.00 per hour.
β’ Flexible selection of available servicing intervals.
β’ Remote work from home.
