Travel Registered Nurse, RN – Emergency Department

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Fill both short-term and long-term roles across the health system.

• Float between the hospital and/or various hospital locations and/or regions.

• Evaluate patients, determine outcomes and solutions, and plan, implement, and assess care.

• Operate independently and appropriately within your license, knowledge base, and experience.

• Maintain accountability for delegation, decisions, choices, and outcomes.

• Collaborate with essential stakeholders and contribute to quality improvement practices and outcomes.

• Embrace new and additional responsibilities while effectively managing competing priorities.

• Travel locally or nationally to fulfill critical healthcare staffing needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Graduation from a recognized nursing school.

• Valid RN licensure authorized in the relevant state(s) of practice/employment.

• At least two (2) years of recent clinical experience in the Emergency Department.

• Must possess and maintain the necessary credentials for their specialty area (e.g., ACLS, TNCC, etc.).

• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications must be obtained through the American Heart Association.

• Must be qualified and willing to float throughout the hospital and/or across multiple hospital locations and/or regions.
