This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Address client inquiries and oversee follow-ups until conversion is achieved.
• Conduct research on hotels, courses, transfers, and other ground components, while sourcing supplier rates.
• Create costed quotes and proposals utilizing net rates, mark-up, single supplements, and twin-share pricing per person.
• Generate and confirm bookings for hotels, golf clubs, transfers, and suppliers.
• Engage directly with suppliers via email and phone across various time zones.
• Modify live bookings and reissue necessary documentation.
• Monitor deposit schedules, final payment deadlines, release dates, and cancellation policies.
• Issue invoices and manage the processing and reconciliation of client payments and supplier invoices.
• Handle currency conversions and ensure accurate margins on each file.
• Oversee golf, hotel, and tour inventory using spreadsheets, including allotments, rooming lists, and passenger numbers.
• Keep escorted tour schedules and up-to-date booking records.
• Assist in the operational setup of upcoming tours and departures.
• Prepare and update client itineraries using Travefy.
• Document procedures and create reference Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Aid in selecting, setting up, and populating a CRM, as well as migrating existing client and booking records.
• Manage reservations across two distinct brands.
• Collaborate directly with the Managing Director to enhance operational redundancy and scale the business.
• Candidates must be based in the Philippines.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in travel consultancy, reservations, tour operations, or a comparable role in the travel industry.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Ability to confidently negotiate and follow up with suppliers directly.
• Highly tech-savvy with strong skills in numerical analysis and spreadsheet management.
• Comfortable with pricing, margins, currency conversions, room nights, occupancy, and per-person rates.
• Exceptional attention to detail is required.
• Capable of managing multiple live files and departures at once.
• Confident in making and modifying reservations with hotels, golf clubs, and travel suppliers.
• Proactive and independent, with a focus on solutions.
• Experience with Travefy, Expedia, Xero, Excel/Google Sheets, CRM platforms, or GDS/travel reservation systems is strongly preferred.
• Must have reliable internet and a professional remote working environment.
• Knowledge of golf is a plus.
• 100% remote work from home.
